Hi all, looking for some insight before I start throwing big money at labour to tracing wiring.

I’ve got a 2010 EX35 Journey (bought used, Ontario, Canada) with a few weird window/electrical quirks that seem related:

A few times I’ve gone out in the morning to find both front windows down and the car unlocked, with snow on the seats.

This has happened even after I removed the batteries from both factory key fobs, so it’s not the “hold unlock to drop windows” feature.

There is an aftermarket remote start (separate fob), but it only starts the car, doesn’t lock/unlock.

Over the summer, the front passenger window would sometimes not respond from the driver’s master switch, but worked perfectly from the passenger switch.

I’ve had at least one dead battery after the car sat for a few days, and the scan showed low-voltage / battery abnormal codes in the ABS/BCM.

Yesterday, winter tires installed, oil changed, diagnostic scan.
P0443, P0455, P0456 (these have been there for a while - no surprise)
C1109, U0415, B2562, C1707, C1729 (wasn't aware of these).

When I got home from the garage I turned the interior light to OFF instead of DOOR, and the windows have stayed up – could be coincidence, could be a clue. Also set the parking brake, which I never do.

Has anyone with a G/EX/FX or similar-era Infiniti seen front windows rolling down on their own while parked, especially tied to a flaky driver’s master window switch, BCM, or aftermarket remote start wiring? Any common failure points or “check this first” tips before I pay a shop to go hunting through the wiring?
