2008 QX56 Unstable..

I bought my wife a nice 2008 QX56 with 128K. Since purchase I replaced both exhaust manifolds, front struts, and also the rear air shock system with Rancho 9000 shocks and appropriate coils. I also added in-coil air bags to use while towing camper. Truck sits nice and level and with adjustable bags can change the stiffness really well. Long story short it has Always even before the suspension upgrades ridden like it’s “unstable”. It seems top heavy and on snow covered roads seems sketchy as far as predicting what the truck is going to do as far as traction or counter steering from a slide. What other items should I be inspecting? Are these trucks just that top heavy and awkward? I’ve driven a lot of large vehicles Including CDL vehicles for a living and something just doesn’t seem right..
