2005 Infiniti QX56, do I have satellite radio?

Sorry this is probably a silly question, but do I have satellite radio? I just bought a 2005 QX56 and I have the button for SAT RADIO but I'm not sure what to do to make it work! How do I know if it's even installed? Is it possible to have the button but not the radio installed? Please help, thank you!

I also have a 2005 QX56 and was told by the service dept. at dealer that I dont have sat radio

hi i have an 06 and i do have sat radio. not sure if previous owner had paid monthly for service
