2001 I30 Engine Control Module?

I have a 01 I30 and the it's been diagnosed with a faulty ECM. Dealer price is over 1k & I have seen some used one's listed for $250- $500 a while back. I having difficulty locating the part. Does anyone know a good resource or where I might be able to locate one? I'm in the So California area.

Also, where is it located? (passenger side floorboard?) What else has to be done other than replacing the existing module?

My I30 is lit up like a Christmas Tree

I saw your post and was wondering if your dash lights were all lit up? If so, was that the reason that the dealer wants to switch out the ECM? Mine runs great - it does not currently have the anti slip nor the abs engaged - but still runs and drives????
