So I'm thinking about buying a used 99' Infiniti i30, but I'm kind of skeptical. All the ad says is, "150k pink slip in hand...cash talks $2400 shoot me an offer." I offered him 2k, & he said yeah. He also said he is getting it smoged tomorrow. If it passes I'm going to test drive it Friday or Saturday. The reason I am skeptical is because of how short he is with the ad, & how many idle/other problems (codes) I've seen on here. I hope everything thing goes smooth & I can get this car asap.
Over all I hear i30's are great cars.
Can you guys recommend anything I should look for that I wouldn't recognize right away? Anything I should know about this car?
