1996 I30t Throttle Position Sensor

Would a bad TPS cause the car to "buck" during acceleration, more so if the throttle is pushed to the floor? Does not seem to happen if RPMs are kept low and/or acceleration is slower.

Is this something that is easy to change? Is there a website detailing instructions for repairing the TPS?
