There is a fuse box, right next to your left leg on the driver size. Replace it and you should be on your way.

Oh you did replace the fuse. Now, as far as the dash board. You will need to replace your relay. Right behind the bottom that makes your dash board dark or bright is a relay once you replace it your dash board lights should be repaired. I'm sure about the radio, I just replace mine with a new updated version. I do miss that bose system.
 
Same problem with my dash lights. However, I did not have to replace the relay. I pinched the female connector contacts closer together with a pair of needle nose pliers. Problem solved.

You could have two problems in one. The radio has a fuse in the fuse box, I'm sure you know where the box is, on the driver side behind the parking brake or your radio has a fuse in the line (red) or in the radio.

The other is the button that makes your inside panel bright or dim has a relay behind it. It's to the left of your steering wheel on the dash. You have to remove and replace it.
