1993 j30 headlamp adjustment.

I have looked online for hours trying to find out how to adjust my freaking headlamps. Currently the driver's side headlamp is shooting off toward the passenger's side (apparently a temporary fix to the right headlamp going out due to the control relay by the previous owner). I took care of the relay, now I need to yank the light back the other way. Also I curious as to where in the head the amplifier to the stereo is located, I have a good feeling its under the back seat. Of course I'm going to have a stereo shop do the amp, I just want some peace of mind.

Nvm on the amp, I found out that each speaker is powered by their very own amp, and it cost over $800 just to get one of the front ones replace, I'll be putting in an aftermarket system this weekend.
