04 remote/rear window problem

every time i hit the unlock button it unlocks the rear window. the vehicle then thinks the window is open and repeatedly displays "door open" on the nav screen until i get out, open the rear window and shut it.
how do i fix this?

i have this same problem is this the way it was ment to work or is there somthing i am not doing right ? have you figure out a way to slove the problem yet ?

I have a problem with my rear passenger window when I use the auto up. I found out that if I hold the switch without using the auto up it works. I am having the car checked to see if the switch is bad. If that helps.
