it has more interior space than the 5 series, nice luxury features that you can't get on the 5 series, adequate performance coming from a 3.5 liter v-6 with 275hp(which is a lot more than the 530). and most importantly it is far more reliable because it's an infiniti which make great cars and it's also 2 years newer so it will have less problems. this model got luxury car of the year in 2007. basically it is not comparison. with what you are looking for you definitely want the infiniti. you won't be unhappy with your choice.
