It is an 01' Infiniti I30 with 135K miles driven on Dallas area all its life.

I tried to start it today and it would not. I found out the radiator had leaked when opened the hood. The day before it was sounding a bit more rough than usual, since the temp sensor was within the normal range so I did not check on it right away.

Here is what I have checked so far:
1. The radiator was empty and I filled in about 64 ounces of water to fill up to the top and some into the reservoir.
2. Checked the engine oil to see it burned because low water, it is not thick or gunked up.
3. Checked under the oil filler and I see no signs of a blown head gasket.
4. Battery was very low to turn over the engine, I jumped it, it still would not turn over.
5. Put in a good battery and it still wont turn over.
6. I can hear the fuel pump energize, but it will not move the engine.
7. Checked all the fuses related to the engine controls, ignition and any others that might be related and they are all good.

I plan to replace the radiator, but before I do that I need to get it running.

I plan to keep this car for a long time. I am hoping the engine is not completely blown.

Any suggestions on how to go about diagnosing the problem of not turning over?
Any other guesses?

Thanks!
