volume

I have a 2011 M37 and a couple of days ago the volume stopped working. I can't get any sound from the steering wheel control or the radio volume control. When I got the the "Settings", the "Audio" and the "Volume & Beeps" are both grayed out. I looked at the fuse and it's not blown. Anyone...

Hey everybody!! Been having an issue with my steering wheel controls for radio. The volume down and station down work fine but volume up only works intermittently. Been a pain for awhile. Any suggestions? I would hate to take it to the dealership for this small of a problem.
