stiff steering

The steering on my 2013 QX56 is stiff. The stiff steering was not gradual and started this morning. I do not have any leaks at the steering pump or rack and pinion. I have not heard any grinding and the steering is stiff when you turn either way. I tried replacing the fluid and that did not...
