oil

I just bought from 1st owner a 2007 FX35 with 80K miles with all service records. Time to change her oil - should I switch to a high mileage oil since she is over 75K miles or stay conventional? Inquiring minds would like to know!

Has anyone ran the Signature Series 5W-30 Synthetic Amsoil? All my previous and current have been changed over to SS Amsoil. Just curious as I have ordered amsoil for my 11' qx56.
