Has anyone had any problems with there headlights , my dash is showing adaptive front lighting system inoperative for the second time , the headlights were replaced by Infiniti in February 2019 and now the same thing again

Same thing happened to me today. But seems to have gone aways when I turned the car off. I have no idea what it means
