back seat cover for G25

Hi, I'm the brand new owner of a 2012 G25 and I need to find a back seat cover when I have my large dog riding with me. Can anyone recommend one? Many of the universal ones won't fit given the design of the backseat headrest in the G25 - it's integrated with the backseat itself, so it doesn't sit on adjustable posts. Many of the universal covers depend on those posts to secure the seat cover to the back seat support. I'm assuming this is the same design as the G35 from those years, but not certain.
