2019 QX50 Top Screen Smashed; Replacement

Someone had broken into my car and tried to disassemble the top screen on my '19 QX50. I got the drivers window fixed. However the individual who did this tried to get the cover for the vents/screen off and was unsuccessful. They then left a spider web smash on the top screen.

I found a salvage yard with a replacement screen. Anyone have experience replacing it? I can't seem to get the vent cover off the right side of the dashboard as its clipped in and blocked by the wood moulding and leather upper dash. Also, what tools do you use to remove the bolts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
