Default Rear shocks too high.

I know that it is always said that the issue is the rear end sits too low. Mine is too high. I just had the rear-leveling sensor replaced and the compressor is fine. Everything works. I did however let the shocks fill up before I had the sensor replaced to tow my small camper to my mechanic for brakes.

is there a way to let the air out of the shocks and recalibrate the sensor?

Thanks!
