Default Qx56 2008 wont start

Ok 2008 qx56 , cranks does not start, radiator fans always running when ignition in on position, cant communicate with ecu,
any advice.

Wild guess but it be that the key is not registered with the vehicle? Are those replacement keys or are they the originals that came with truck? I had this happen to me when I had my 2008 Nissan Armada. I got a second pair of keys and had them programmed and in about a year after the key was programmed it stop communicating with the car. Solution was I had to get them reprogrammed.

BCM, ECM issues. Check for codes at the obd port.
