Default Is it worth it??

I have my father's 1991 M30 convertible that I was using as a daily driver until 2005. At that time I placed it in storage and have not driven it since. I wanted to get it out of storage and make it roadworthy again. The problems I had with it when I put it in storage were:

1. Tachometer raced into the red even when the car was idiling with no change in engine sound
2. Driver window motor is burned out
3. Trunk switch broke off inside the car
4. Wife had car detailed and the rubber seals for the top were taken off due to a prior issue and the company threw the seals away thinking they were garbage.

My question is should I fix it up and get it out on the road again? I have been reading posts about how hard parts are to come by and I am wondering if it is worth it.
