Is there any really big difference in the ride? Is it worth the money?

Ive driven both yesterday (wife is trying to decide ) and the motion control is very noticeable when cornering hard (doesn't try to roll over) ride over the bumps in identical

I bought QX56 2011 without Hydraulic Body Motion Control and during first 2 months I notice that ride was not that soft that I expect so I went back to the infiniti Diller and I did test drive with Hydraulic Body Motion Control so I end up trading in my first QX to this one I love it is so much better ride and cornering . I also love seats ventilations as well that come with deluxe touring package and 22" weels as well .

What sort of trade-in value did you get for your first QX? Did you take a big hit for trading it in so soon?

I drove them back to back. The touring package with the motion control is a little noticeable on damping the side to side. The tradeoff I wasn't willing to make is that the lower profile tires on the 22" wheels transmit more road imperfections. For me, I wanted smooth cruising more than handling.

Either way it was pretty fine degrees of difference and not worth the extra cash. Money no object I would probably take the package and downgrade the wheel size.

to each his or her own. i rode in both and i very well feel the difference in the rides.

i much prefer the full body motion package. brilliant engineering from nissan. i love the tire size (but do not care for bridgestone).

i agree the ride with the 22s is more stiff and performance -tuned which i much prefer. the entire hydraulic system is amazing.
