I just got a new '11 QX56 and have tried to program my Universal Homelink to no avail. I have a pre 2005 Chamberlain LiftMaster so I don't know if that is the issue or not. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

I followed the instructions on the LiftMaster and programmed both garage doors into my 2011 QX with no problems. vicsteele 08-29-2011, 11:02 AM I just got a new '11 QX56 and have tried to program my Universal Homelink to no avail. You probably have a rolling code. need to get on that ladder and hold the swtich while you program. Lovingmylife1982 09-12-2011, 06:26 PM I have te same issue...and I did push the learn button on the opener...but still no luck..all I did was delete all my codes. I called infiniti and they were no help at all. drewdogg808 09-16-2011, 01:23 AM They are all usually done the same way. First hold down your homelink button until it goes from slow flashing to rapid (maybe 30 secs?) and when that happens, press your garage door remote/opener a couple times to program your homelink button. Then get on a ladder and press the learn button on the opener itself so it flashes...you have to then quickly get in your car and press the homelink button you programmed a moment before so the opener learns the homelink. Sometimes having the vehicle directly under the garage opener helps. Good luck. |
