I am looking at a few online sales of 2007 FX35 but I see some with the leather wrapped shifters and some without.
Anyone know the difference?

They all should have a leather shifter. the pre- 2006 models have the metal look shifters... you may see some pre-2006 with the leather shifter as it can be bought as an aftermarket product...
