dealer and nothing. HELP!? is there a specific site that i can get answers?

Consumer Reports said some pretty horrible things about the reliability of that vehicle. I'm not sure how to fix it however it is obvious your dealership has given up. Ask for the general manager and if he won't help you resolve it, contact Infiniti Customer relations. Cars (especially expensive ones) are not supposed to squeal in reverse... it's not like you bought a Geo Metro here...
