I have a 2011 QX 56 with the tech package. Can I dis able the LDP (Lane Departure Prevention) but there seems to be no way to diable the LPW (Chime)(Lane Departure Warning)

I figured out the answer. Anyone out there in Infiniti land care?

It's me... That chime s annoying... How do you disable?

You can turn off the LDP (lane departure prevension) from the setting menu but the chime stays on. So after studying the manual I contacted Infiniti

Infiniti said it couldn’t be turned off unless you turned off all tech packages with the "Warning systems switch" on the dash by your left knee.

Major problem in the design because I felt like I'm playing a video game making sure I stay exactly in the center of the lane and I have a wife who has an audible warning system when she thinks I am not staying in the lane.

In the manual it states that the system may not work properly when the windshield in dirty so I blocked the camera with a white post it note and vuala no more beeping. I put up a white piece of paper embedded in clear Velcro and I am good to go.

Now there isn't a thing I don't like about the truck.

Mine is Dark Currant, Black interior with captains chairs. We traded in a LX470
