1997 Infiniti QX4. Just completed some maintenance on my vehicle and the battery was disconnected at some point, and now I'm getting an error in my CD player that reads CD err.

Any suggestions on how to reset the CD player.?
On my old Honda every time that this happened I need to punch in a code that came with the car manual. Not sure how to reset this one seems I purchased the vehicle used.
