On the assumption that the G35 you refer to is the coupe.
The interior of the G37 is better, more refined. It's cd changer is mp3 compatible unlike the '03-04 G35 coupe. Also there is a Mp3 aux jack.

The G35 coupe had 275-293 depending on the model and transmission. While the G37 has 330 hp. The G35 would hit 60 in 5.8 seconds, whith the G37 doing it in 5.3 seconds.

The G37 is a higher performing machine, but I think the G35 has cleaner lines.

The G35 was a car I was very proud to own, though I can imagine myself in the G37 as well.

They Are Both Awsome But The Main Thing In My Book Is That The G35 Has Something Like 280 Horsepwer while the new g37 Breaks the 300 mark!!! Personally Id Take the g35 based soley on the pricetag now...but if money werent an object it would have to be the g37. Oh....its gotta be stick and its gotta be the coupe...the sedan looks horrible to me

I like the '06 G35 coupe more. The lines are much cleaner.
