Infiniti (http://www.autoblog.com/make/infiniti) has electric plans of its own to show off, and you can kind of make them out in the windswept rendering above. An electric vehicle from Nissan (http://www.autoblog.com/make/nissan)'s luxury arm will arrive in 2013, and be "a stylish, high performance five-seat luxury vehicle with zero emissions technology." Of course, what so many would really like is to have that car be a five-seat electric Essence (http://www.autoblog.com/2009/03/03/geneva-2009-consider-the-show-stopped-infiniti-rolls-out-its-e/) with "Inspired Performance," but you can quit your dreaming.
Your appetizer for the eventual electric vehicle will be the M35 (http://www.autoblog.com/model/m) hybrid, which you'll be able to feast on (http://www.autoblog.com/2010/08/31/la-auto-show-preview-infiniti-to-launch-2012-m35-hybrid/) at the LA Auto Show (http://www.autoblog.com/category/la-auto-show/) in November.
