Hey guys,

My 2001 QX4 had some wobble and between 65-75mph, with a serious pull to the right. I got the tires rotated and balanced and a wheel alignment done.

Now, the guy at the goodyear shop showed me the alignment diagnostic sheet with all the measurements before and after, and he noticed my passenger front wheel camber was slightly off. He said that according to Manufacturer there were no Directions or even way to adjust the front camber settings for each wheel.

The front right camber being slightly off is causing my car to slightly pull to the right at highway speeds, and it drives me nuts!

Anyone have any knowledge in this area, and if the front cambers can be adjusted at all?

The car has new front struts, rear shocks, front and rear brakes, abt 7/32 thread left on a set of four goodyear fortera tripletreds (amazing tire btw).

If you notice the amount of steering pull changing as the load changes, such as under accelleration or going up a hill, you should check the rear control arm bushings. It only takes one bad bushing to make the car steer right or left under load. These are rubber and are located at both ends of the four control arms (lower, upper, right, and left, and they are also used on the latteral strut). I used a "come-along" to check mine. They may look fine from the outside but you need to put some pressure on them to see if they can be forced to move. You shouldn't be able to move them more than an 1/8 inch or so. Connect the come-along to the axle and find a suitable place to hook the other end to the frame (careful not to smash any fuel or brake lines). Attempt to pull each side of the axle to the front, and also to the rear of the car, and watch how far the axle can move, and which bushing is allowing the movement. Bushings are available from Infiniti but are problematic to change without a press. You can also buy the complete strut with pre-installed bushings. You might also want to pick up a couple of the mounting bolts in case you ruin them during disassembly.
