2002 Q45 with 340hp.... only $7000! But has 160,000 miles.

Is this a good buy? Does it have timing belt or chain?

is it a good buy? ummm,sorta... That engine is basically whats in the Titan pickups. Pretty indestructable.

Unfortuantely its everything else thats prone to break. But, if you dont mind window regulators, window switches and normal wear and tear issues, this might be the car to buy.

But, if it has the adjustable suspention Id stay away, that can add up when it goes bad.

I almost bought a 2003 Infiniti Q45 for 18000 dollars, but it had less miles of coarse. its a really nice car. if it runs good sounds good, looks good, its a great buy. just ask for a 1000 off for "future" repairs, maybe they will fall for it.
