I am looking at a used 2002 Q45 84,000 The check engine light is on
the owner has replaced a camshaft sensor & the ECU. The code reds P1140

What kind of costs could I expect or should I pass on this car??

The owner sounds like the local forgien car dealer is not knowledable enough to repair
