...belts and the car was running fine.? But only for a few days then the car just died again while i was driving. I checked the belts and they are fine. So now the car won't even start/TURN OVER. Emphasis on TURN OVER. because when i try to start i hear the starter but nothing else. Can anyone shed some light?
checked battery and alternator, i also jumped started car but same effect. no start/ TURN OVER. can it be crankshaft? tried to manually turn it but wont turn.

Battery and/or alternator gone bad. Take it to the parts store they can check it for free.

you may have messed up your valves. The bolt for my belt tensioner for my timing belt snapped, and I'm going through the same thing, I can hear the starter, but no compressions. I'm in the middle of taring it down but am stuck on how to get the egr out.
