What are you experiencing for MPG highway: MPG city: Thanks in advance. xxxalpinexxx80 04-12-2010, 08:50 PM City:17.5 highway: depends coasting at 60- 23mpg going 80mph maybe 20 Extra300 07-08-2010, 12:08 PM Horrible... Brecks 05-02-2011, 06:16 AM Terrible:mad: M56Cruizin 05-19-2011, 09:19 AM I have a M56x and get around 17.5 city, 25 highway.. Excellent power. For a full size luxury car with 420hp, I can live with that anyday... oldtimer37 06-19-2011, 11:57 AM I have only had my car 3 weeks but have already put 2500 miles on it. I keep accurate records on all of my cars and here is what I can tell you of the MPG on mine. City: My wife drives it during most of the week shopping, etc. during busy hours. She drives between 20 and 45 mph. Average -16.6 Best 18.5 - Worst 13.8 Highway We have a second home about 250 miles away that we go to most weekends plus other trips up to 1000 miles. I usually use cruise control at 73-75 mph. This is the mileage between any two refuel stops. Average - 27.6 - Best 29.9 - Worst 24.6 I find this acceptable for a car of this size and weight. It has plenty of power, a little throaty sounding on acceleration, and handles great. We had an Acura 3.5 TLS before this and although it did get better mileage, it did not compare in comfort and luxury. My true feeling about any car; if you have to worry about the mileage and upkeep, then you may need to consider a more economical car. If you use a smartphone, I suggest you get "Gas Buddy" and "Gas Record" to keep track of gas. There are several other apps that I have to keep up on service and more. sunny92037 07-17-2011, 12:51 AM City: 17 mpg Freeway: 22 mpg oldtimer37 07-17-2011, 10:49 PM Depending on how many miles I drive on a given tank, I get from 16-18 in town, mostly under 45mph. We travel a lot and usually fill the tank before we leave and I get 25 on cruise at 77 and 28 on cruise at 65. Very liveable for the size of it. Sure, I would like 33-38 on the highway but I am not interested in buying a Kia. I like my comfort too much. beepaj 09-13-2011, 08:17 AM I agree with "Oldtimer37" (since I'm one too!), although my mileage is somewhat painful, it sure is a fun car.
