the car is parked and off, key not here. the steering wheel was turned quickly to the right and it locked, the wheels are still pointing straight ahead, wheel doesn't move anymore. cant start it to see if its a normal feature, but i dont think its right that the wheels point straight while the wheel is tilted about 50 degrees

what could be wrong, or would it just unlock when started
