I am curious if I am the only one that is using their QX4 as an off roading vehicle? I need to add skid plates as the terrain I cross is usually very rugged.

I am curious what kinds of off roading modifications have people done? I know there are many aftermarket items people have purchased, but in addition to those items, do some of you folks fabricate your own stuff?

What works? What do you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
