I need help solving this issue, so far i replaced struts and shocks and the truck still rocks side to side randomly at these speeds, i googled it and it looks like i'm not the only one with this problem but no one stated the official solution. Does any master mechanic know what actions need to be taken? Thank you

If your wheels are shaking at certain speeds (like 50-70) it is usually a balance problem, take it to a tire shop and check the balance. They can see if the wheel is out-of-round at all at the same time. Should be pretty easy to fix as long as it is balance...gl

msiklawi, look no further. If your tires are ok just take it the the mechanic and confirm that the Low upper control bushings are ok. If you see at least one of them is bad just replace them all(8).
Just got mine fixed after a mechanic made me spent over 400.00 on other parts. let me know if it worked for you.
Regards, Grullon.

Mine does the same thing between 60 and 70 MPH. Check into the rust recall for our vehicles. That is what is casuing mine. Get it checked at the deeler quick, don't want to lose total steering control. Google QX4 rust recall and the recall information will come up. I've already made my appointment. The cool thing with this is that Nissan will fix for free and if it can't be fixed they will reimbruse us appropiately. Woo Hoo!
