Just got it off ebay, instructions were supposed to come with....

First get in the car and lock the doors with the "Power Lock" button on driver door.
Within 10 sec. insert ignition key "in and out" 6 times or until your "Hazard lights flash"
Quickly After lights flash turn ignition to ACC position and hit lock button on remote, truck should lock and hazard should flash.

I've been trying it with the UNlock button...Grrr
