The M35 Sport is a very good sedan. I test drove one, it was very sporty and overall a very well crafted sedan. It comes with very many of the same features:

M35 Sport: Featuring a 3.5-liter 280-hp V6 engine,5-speed automatic transmission, 19-inch wheels, Rear Active Steer, aluminum trimmed interior, Bluetooth® Hands-Free Phone System, and Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition.

M45 Sport: Featuring a 4.5-liter 335-hp V8 engine, 5-speed automatic transmission, 19-inch wheels, Rear Active Steer, aluminum trimmed interior, Bluetooth® Hands-Free Phone System, and Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition.

There is about a 6,000 dollar price difference. The only way you can get a 15K difference is if you fully load out an M45 Sport and compare it to an M35 sans any options.

If you are planning on the Sport package M35, you might as well get the sport package M45. The performance you get from the 335 hp V8 is very nice. M35 Sport: At 51,000 dollars with the Navi, Tech Package, and Bose, it is a good deal. For the M45 sport, you can get it with those same options for 56,000 dollars.

So debate in your mind...Do you want a V8 with the sporter engine for 5,000 more? Or do you want the V6 sport for 51K.

If you are not concerned with the Sport package, I would recommend the M35 over the M45. With Navi, Journey, and Tech, the M45 totals to 54,750. The 35 totals out to 48.4K. Not really worth it in my opinion. If you are going to get a non sport this is my ultimate recommendation:

M35 AWD with Tech, Navi, and Journey: MSRP: 51,000

So it is up to you, choose between that or the

M45 Sport with Tech, Navi, and Journey: MSRP: 56,000.

Here is the difference in engines: 280 Hp, 3.5 L v6 acceleration mid 6's. vs 335 hp hp 4.5 L v8 acceleration mid 5's.

Take that in to consideration and choose wisely, good luck.

to me is not worth a penny, buy a mercedes or a bmw, you are going to get a very well done car for your money no a nissan with a suit to make it look fancy

To me, it's not worth the extra $15,000. To you, it might.

The main difference between the two are the extra power in the M45 and the lower mileage that goes along with having a V8 engine instead of a V6.

I think the M35 is the better deal, but if the M45 floats your boat, then its the way to go.
