I plan on keeping this vehicle for about 7 or 8 years. I've heard that BMWs have alot of little maintenance costs as time goes on, but the G37 is in the first year of production and is a bit cheaper.

If a car is a daily driver - G37, unless you have a lot of money...BMW sure is the most dependable GERMAN car, but not as dependable as Infiniti/Nissan...
If you are gonna get rid of it in 4 years/50k miles, BMW is not a bad choice then...Maintaince is on the for that period of time.

I like the bmw 335i coupe but the new infiniti g37 is a great looking car with a whopping 330 horsepower overcoming the bmw 335i by an extra 30 horses. I read some reviews on a auto news (http://www.egmcartech.com/) site and I believe the infiniti would be a lot less in maintenance in the end for a tighter budget.
