I would like to know how much I can tow with my 98 QX4??? I know the truck can tow 5000 pound. I have a trailer hitch class II wich can tow 3500 pound. BUT I did talk with a couple of people and they told me that thinking of towing a 2500 pound "Travel trailer" ( I don't know if it's the real word) with electric brake would be a bad idea because if the wind, the engin, the tranny... They told me that if I would like to tow a 2500 pound "Travel trailer" with 2 axels I would need something a lot bigger like a sierra 2500!?!?!? I think a sierra 2500 can pull 12 500 pound, it may be a bit over kill!!! Someone also told me that he has a cousin who was towing a 4500 pound "Travel trailer" with a 2 doors Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec and he burn the tranny!!!

So what do you guys think of me pulling a 2500 pound "Travel trailer" with my QX4???
