I have a few problems with this car. Here's the specs that I do know (I'm not a gearhead or anything, so I don't know a whole lot, bear with me):

Fuel Capacity is 15.9 gallons. I'm making around 200 (no more than 230) miles per tank, which would make it a range of 12.6-14.5 miles per gallon...and this is all city driving, which should be at 22. Highway at 28, average at 25.

I had the car tuned up about a month ago: new plugs, new caps, new pretty much everything. Realistically, the gas mileage sucks right now, and I have to travel from home to College to back to work to home everyday.

In addition, when I drive, I hear something that reminds me of a bed spring squeak if you move on the bed. Someone had said it was the control arm that was the problem, but I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of this.

And don't tell me to get a new car, I can't afford that. Thanks.
